Hello there!

I’m Omer a Staff Product Designer | Team Lead working at the intersection of design leadership, DesignOps, and cross-functional delivery.

My early career was rooted in hands-on UX and UI design across different industries and products. Over time, I realized that many of the most impactful challenges weren’t about finding better design solutions, but about how teams work, decide, and deliver together. Since then, my focus has steadily shifted toward shaping the systems that enable quality at scale.

Today, my role centers on creating clarity in complex environments. I take ownership of design workflows, governance, and delivery standards while working closely with designers, engineers, QA and design systems to ensure alignment from concept to production. Rather than optimizing for individual output, I focus on building shared understanding, clear ownership and sustainable ways of working.

I’ve contributed to and led design efforts across fintech, real estate and marketplace products at companies like Vodafone, Property Finder, Commencis and many more. These experiences shaped my perspective on scale, dependency management, and the long-term cost of misalignment between design, product and engineering.

What motivates me most is enabling teams to deliver consistently high-quality work even under uncertainty, shifting priorities and incomplete foundations. I’m especially interested in reducing organizational friction, strengthening delivery continuity and building systems where design quality doesn’t depend on heroics.
